We are a firm of solicitors based in Woking. We have been established in our current form since 1992. Our notary public practice was established in 1995.
The partners are Bruce Buglear and Jeremy Bate .
We deal with -
Residential and commercial property transactions
Wills and probate
Employment compromise agreements
Notarisation of documents for use in foreign jurisdictions
Our legal services are provided by solicitors (or a public notary in the case of notarial services)

Our professional indemnity insurance is thorugh Howden Insurance Brokers Limited. We are insured by them in respect of legal and notarial services provided within the jurisdiction of England and Wales, with an indemity limit in respect of any one claim of £ 3m.
The VAT number of our solicitor practice is 384 1479 30. Our notarial practice is a separate business and is not registered for VAT.
